Q:   Do you know what Southeast Los Angeles has more than anyone else?


A:    Kids!          41% of our population is under the age of 18


Southland has always been gifted with special favor to reach, to teach, and to lead children to Christ.   This is our groove!  


A ministry to children is also a bonus to adults.  Many moms and dads have been blessed to connect to Southland through our ministry to their children.  Single moms have found great support through our various services to their young ones.  God has favored Southland Christian Church and our families because we have put our kids first.


"And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me." (Matthew 18:4) 





Sundays are full of K.I.C.K.

K.I.C.K.                                               K.I.C.K Jr.                                          Nursery


K.I.C.K. stands for "Kids In Christ's Kingdom"


K.I.C.K. is kid's church for elementary students (Grades K - 6th).  Kids start in the main sanctuary @ 10am with adults for the first 30 minutes, then are dismissed as a group with their K.I.C.K. Teachers to the K.I.C.K. classrooms (upstairs).


K.I.C.K. Jr. is for kids age 3 to pre-Kindergarten... must be toilet-trained.  Please check your K.I.C.K. Jr. children in with their teachers in the K.I.C.K. Jr. classroom (1st floor, K.I.C.K. Jr. door faces the basketball court).


Nursery is for babies and toddlers through age 2.  Please check your Nursery children in with their teachers in the Nursery classroom (1st floor, nursery doors face the courtyard).





"Fuerte" Scouting

Wednesdays @ 7pm


FUERTE is a free Christian Scouting program for elementary age kids, Grades K - 6th.
